Rotating Side Stretch

Sit in a chair. Rotate your upper body to the left, grasping the back of the chair with for 10 to 30 seconds (Figure 4.2). Hold this position for 10 to 30 seconds, feeling the stretch in your upper, middle and lower back. Repeat the stretch 3 to 5 times on each side.
