Hip Flexor Stretch

Stand with your hands grasping a chair. With your left foot supporting your body weight and right leg extended back, push your pelvis forward with your torso in the upright position, feeling the stretch in the front of your hip (figure 4.10). Hold this position for 10 to 30 seconds. Repeat 3 to 5 times on each side.
