Arching Side Stretch

Start in a standing position with hands on your hips. Put your right hand over your head and do a side bend to the left (figure 4.1). Hold this position for 10 to 30 seconds, feeling the stretch over the right side of your chest wall. Repeat this stretch 3 times on each side.
