Anterior Shoulder Stretch

Stand in a doorway with your right arm out to your side at a 90-degree angle and your elbow flexed to 90 degrees. Place your palm, forearm, and elbow on the door frame. Lean forward through the open door, feeling the stretch in your anterior chest and shoulder (figure 4.8). Hold this position for 10 to 30 seconds. Repeat 3 to 5 times. Do the same stretch on the left side.
