The row works the same muscles as the reverse fly, and you perform it in a sitting position with tubing. Sitting on the ground with your legs straight out, hook the tubing around your feet. Start with your arms pointing toward your feet, holding the ends of the tubing in both hands. Pull with both arms, bringing your hands towards your shoulders (see figure 4.8). Return to the starting position and repeat.
