Neck Stretch

Bring your right ear toward your right shoulder, holding for 5 to 10 seconds at the point where you feel a gentle stretch (see figure 5.4). Then slowly bring your left ear toward the other shoulder, repeating the hold. The emphasis here is on gentle, pain-free motion.
