Cat-Camel

The cat-camel is an exercise that helps provide limited mobility to the spine and thus improves nutrition to the intervertebral discs. Starting on your hands and knees, gently sag and then arch your back (see figures 4.16, a and b). Both movements should be controlled and not excessive in either direction. Repeat the action several times.
